Aida Traconis

Mexican born in Monterrey, Nuevo León. With a Master's degree in “Management and Transformation of the City, the Landscape, and the New Territories Tourism Sustainable” by the Metropolitan Center for Sustainable Architecture (CMAS) in Mexico, D. F.

He currently runs his Firm Aida Traconis Architects.

A graduate of the faculty of Architecture of the UADY, obtaining professional qualification presenting the thesis three-star Hotel in “Izamal, Yuc.” For several years he worked in various Architectural Firms, until in the year 1998 decides to establish his own firm, which bears his name, dedicated to design, development and management of architectural projects in different scales of mostly private, residential, educational, healthcare, corporate, and commercial. He has participated as a speaker in several international conferences such as the III and IV Congress of the Science and Art of Landscape in Guadalajara and Chapala in the year 2013 and 2014.

He received the Recognition of the Development of Business in this year 2014 for his Career in Architectural Development.

Participated as a speaker at the IX National Congress of Landscape Architecture in November 2015 in Mexico, D. F. where he gave a lecture on “Plot Mangrove Xcambo in the category of Urban Ecosystems.

He taught a course called “Sustainability in Architecture” at the College Yucatanense of Architects, BC, in March 2016.

He received the Recognition of “Architects and interior designers in favor of equity (ENADII WOMAN)”, provided Panel Rey S. A and ENADII Mexico. September 2016.

In October of 2017 she participated in the exhibition BOS \ MEX BECAUSE OF WATER | MEX \ BOS TO CAUSE THE WATER to AN EXHIBITION OF WORK: THE BAC SCHOOL OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AND METROPOLITAN CENTER FOR SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE, CIUDADDE MEXICO with the theme “New insights into the Sustainable Tourism of the Mangrove forest of Xcambo”. Participated in the VI Symposium on Cultural Heritage in Merida “Culture and Diversity of the Merida with Tradition” with the paper called “A New Look at the Heritage Landscape in Merida, Yucatan, mexico” in January 2018.

Selected in the ranking in the Residential Architecture in the Best Architects in 2019, is considered the 2019 as one of the best Architects in the Residential Architecture at the national level.

Participated in the VI Congress of Science and Art, Landscape 2018 of international character, in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, with the presentation called “The Invisible World of the Mangrove”.

Participates as President, and forms part of the Civil Association “Environmental Projects, Sustainable, and Social Yucatan” which is a non-profit organization and performs the following activities:
